Title registration has now been achieved for your purchased lot at Olio!
Development Victoria is in the process of notifying your conveyancer, to prepare you for settlement of your land, which is estimated to occur in late May / early June 2025.

Welcome to the Olio Phase 2 Update for December 2024!  Below you’ll find information about progress of civil construction works and estimated delivery timeframes for your land.

Good progress continues to be made by Sandridge Roads on the delivery of infrastructure for Olio Phase 2, which is highlighted in the latest construction update video below.

Works to enable electrical and NBN service connections are complete with footpath and roads works in progress.

Below are the current estimated timeframes for delivery of your land, including settlement and construction commencement of your home.

Re-shaping of the ground to allow construction of roads and drainage connection to each lot. Estimated timeframe 4-6 weeks.

Provision of a sewer connection to each lot and underground drainage system. Estimated timeframe 8 weeks.
sub-grade
Developing a firm material base underneath roads and footpaths. Construction of kerbs and drains to enable channels from stormwater to travel to underground drainage system.

Provision of water connection to each lot. Estimated timeframe 3-4 weeks.
electrical and nbn
Electrical cabling and NBN to enable internet connection for each lot.
Footpaths

Footpaths, asphalt, topsoiling and road completion.
