What attracted you to purchase at Olio Officer? 

Olio is conveniently located close to all amenities and offers great lifestyle choices. The capital growth opportunities, quality of the home and affordability also attracted us to Olio. 

Is this your first home purchase? Are you downsizing / investing?

This is our first home purchase in Melbourne, and we’re downsizing for retirement.

Which home design did you purchase and why? Are there any standout features of this home design? 

We purchased the Parkside Three home design. We choose the Parkside Three because we have grandchildren and the 3 large bedrooms are convenient, we also like the first-floor study nook that will offer views across Olio Park and the quality of the fittings, especially the kitchens and bathrooms.

Purchasing a Development Victoria project gives us confidence in knowing that they will deliver on the project vision and that we are being offered value for money.  

What are you most looking forward to when you move to Olio?

We’re looking forward to being able to walk to all of the neighbouring amenities including the Officer train station. The view from our home over Olio Park will be enjoyable and peaceful, and the estate is well designed.

What did the Priority Access opportunity mean to you when purchasing your home at Olio?

Given demand was so strong, the Priority Access initiative offered us the opportunity to purchase before the public release and gave us a fighting chance against those that have quicker means and abilities to buy a home.

We would also like to add that Vladimir Taraskin was so patient and very helpful during the whole process and answered all our questions when needed.  Kept us updated during the different stages and extremely helpful when it came to our stage release and the process, making it smooth and easy.
