Benefits of an all-electric home

At Development Victoria, we are passionate about creating vibrant spaces where people and communities can thrive. As part our commitment to sustainability, our Olio townhouses have been designed to be all-electric, with a range of sustainable inclusions as standard. Here are the benefits you can look forward to at Olio:

Cost-efficiency

Our all-electric homes offer increased energy-efficiency, with standard inclusions like induction cooktops and heat pump hot water services, and require less energy to heat and cool. This reduces energy consumption and lowers energy bills in the long run.

Renewable energy

By replacing gas with electricity, you can access 100% renewable energy and contribute to a greener future. All homes also come equipped with a 3kW solar PV system so you can generate your own electricity with less reliance on the grid - helping the environment and reducing your carbon footprint.

Increased health and safety

Instantly eliminate the potential risks associated with gas leaks when you make the switch to an all-electric home. Additionally, our standard induction cooktops are child-safe and reduce respiratory impacts, creating a safer environment for you and your family.
