Stage 1 Civil Construction Commenced

There has been exciting progress at Olio Officer. 

Civil construction has commenced, meaning earthworks are being compacted, levelled and spread to form the roads and footpaths that will form the Olio community.

To keep updated on how your home is progressing, ensure you have set up your account with Olio Connect. 

Olio Connect allows you to track progress of your land as it moves through the civil construction phase. The portal will also provide a single point of reference for key documentation, such as the Olio masterplan as well as a photo gallery section to show construction progress photos of your land.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Development Victoria respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Olio Officer is being built and developed. We recognise their continuing cultural heritage and connection to land. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
