At Olio, we understand the significance of having loved ones nearby. If you have purchased from a project by Development Victoria and know someone who is interested in joining Melbourne's south-east, this is your chance to refer a friend or family member to purchase at Olio Officer and receive a $2,500 Mastercard gift card* from us.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Request that your friend or family members mention your name and provide your contact details to the Olio sales consultant when they visit the Olio display suite.
  2. Your friend or family member fills out the Referral Form, selects their preferred home, and pays a deposit.
  3. Upon signing on an unconditional contract, your $2,500 Mastercard gift card will be sent directly to you via Australia Post registered mail.
