Olio's Priority Access period for Release 7A will commence on Saturday, 11 May 2024.

Priority Access is an initiative from Development Victoria to help more Victorians buy their own home, offering eligible buyers exclusive access to affordable high-quality properties.

If you have registered and your eligibility has been validated, you will have 7 days of exclusive access to purchase your dream home at Olio in Release 7A.

Following the 7-day priority access period, all remaining unsold homes will be available to the general public for purchase.
