Olio's Priority Access period for Release 7C will commence on Saturday, 1 February 2025.

Priority Access is an initiative from Development Victoria to help more Victorians buy their own home, offering eligible buyers exclusive access to affordable high-quality properties.

If you have registered and your eligibility has been validated, you will have 7 days of exclusive access to purchase your dream home at Olio in Release 7C.

Following the 7-day priority access period, all remaining unsold homes will be available to the general public for purchase.
