What attracted you to purchase at Olio Officer? 

As a first home buyer, the price point and location of Olio attracted me. I was after a property that was affordable, spacious, and in a well-connected location, and Olio ticked those boxes. Knowing that it was a project by Development Victoria also provided me with a sense of security and stability.  

 

Which home design did you purchase and why? 

My priority was to find something sizeable and low-maintenance, and the Braidwood Two design was exactly what I was looking for as a single person. It's an ideal layout with two bedrooms and a study, with the potential to convert into a guest room if required. The finishes and inclusions were also very appealing. 

 

What are you most looking forward to when you move to Olio?

I am most looking forward to living in a sustainable home with solar power and recycled water systems so I can do my part to protect the environment. Being surround by nature and close to so many amenities aligns well with my lifestyle!
