We are pleased to announce that Sienna Homes has been appointed as builder partner on Stage 2.

Sienna Homes are 100% Victorian owned and operated and are passionate about good design, taking pride in their designs and ensuring that each home they deliver is crafted for modern family living. As an award-winning builder, their ethos is "good design is not a luxury". This ethos is behind every townhome they design and build. Each home design is functional, comfortable and without compromise. Their design promise extends to ensure purchasers receive the highest quality fixtures and fittings from the architectural façades to the timeless interiors.

We are excited to be working with Sienna Homes on Stage 2 at Olio, which will include a range of sustainable 2, 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes.

We will keep you informed as we plan the first sales release in early 2023.
