Since launch, Olio has grown into a welcoming community in the heart of Officer, with residents settling into their new homes and the neighbourhood continuing to take shape.

We're now preparing for the final stage of the community, with more information about upcoming releases to be shared soon.

In the meantime, take a look at our latest construction update. With more than 100 homes progressing in Stage 2 and the first residents now moved in, it's an exciting milestone in Olio's journey.
