Welcome to the Olio Phase 1 Update for August 2024!

Good progress continues to be made on the final townhomes being constructed in Phase 1, which is highlighted in the latest video.  

Our team are continuing to work with Cardinia Shire Council and Sienna Homes to maintain areas in and around Phase 1, which includes repairing cracked concrete and clearing waste and materials as appropriate.

We are pleased to advise that works will soon be commencing for the delivery of streetscape landscaping works, which will involve installation of garden beds, top soiling and grassing of naturestrips and public infrastructure areas in accordance with Council requirements.

Provision of water and gas pipeline connections to each lot. Estimated timeframe 3-4 weeks.

Developing a firm material base underneath roads and footpaths. Construction of kerbs and drains to enable channels from stormwater to travel to underground drainage system.

Electrical cabling and NBN to enable internet connection for each lot.
